Basic Training resumes Friday, January 8.
Our middle school program, Basic Training, caters to young people in 6th - 8th grades. As the name implies, we cover basic, foundational principles in this group – topics such as the plan of salvation, the attributes of God, how God's will and my will fit together, etc. The young people are challenged to come to know Christ in a personal relationship and to grow in grace every day. The environment is fast-paced and fun, and periodic big events add to the excitement.
Basic Training meets most Fridays from 6:30 - 8:00pm at the Chapel.
Our senior high school program (grades 9-12) is called Axis. Axis covers practical topics such as how to live for Christ in a lost world, how to know what God wants us to do today and tomorrow, what God says about current topics, etc.
This group's pace is a little slower and more relational, and big events add to the fun periodically. Discussion is important in Axis, giving each person a chance to put thoughts into words for the benefit of the group.
Axis meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00pm at the Chapel.
